First off, I would like to point out how lame it would be if the Stormtroopers were deadly accurate in the original films, as 99% of the time they were shooting at the heroes like Luke and Han. Who would want to watch Luke and co. get shot to pieces? And you saw the Imperial fighters tear apart the Rebel space forces…

Custom Edition is a version of Combat Evolved PC that is designed for modders to make maps and campaigns for. If you or anyone else is interested, I recommend checking out Halomaps, the official site, and some of their most popular modders: CMT, MattDratt, and Project Lumoria.

I have to agree, I think you’ve hit the nail on the head. My family feels the same way, for the most part.
And anonymous, we’re not saying we want to make all machinima profitable like RVB, just that we want to help people experience the great content that’s out there.

Something I might suggest – set BPS forums as a bookmark, and set your password here to be remembered. That way you won’t have to log in or out yourself, and that way if the problem persists it’s actually an issue, not you putting it in wrong.

Unfortunately, while I agree most people are not really interested in the Human-Covenant War, the problem is not related to story. It’s more that people either aren’t aware or just don’t care. Sometimes it’s just people who used to love machinima, but have given up Halo, and now feel it’s painful to watch.

Don’t forget the fact that the Halo population itself is dwindling. For some reason I cannot fathom, people are constantly hating on Halos 4 and 5. Yes, Halo 4 has issues, and Halo 5 was released incomplete, but they’re not horrible. Even though it just came out yesterday, we all know Star Wars Battlefront is the best.

Probably the most well recieved machinima is, in my experience, Minecraft. Everyone can tell that this is a game, but so long as the skins are quality and not confusingly-detailed, it works well.
