Arbiter 617Hey everyone,
In case you haven’t heard, Songs of War is my next huge series that I’ve been working on. Initially it was going to be made in a Halo engine, but it was moved to Minecraft animation about half a year ago and the story exploded at that point and it’s becoming by far the largest and most exciting thing I’ve ever worked on.
As progress continues behind the scenes, I thought it might be interesting to let people ask questions about it. Eventually there will be an official reveal, and it might help to know what questions people have about the series so I can make sure to answer those questions in the reveal.
If you start asking too much about story and specific plot elements I probably won’t answer lol.
Olocool17Are there going to be Minecraft characters that we’ve seen before? i.e. from the Hypixel animations, you, etc. ?
Arbiter 617Sort of.
We plan to hide the Derpman in the background of different scenes as a running easter egg. “Find the derps.”
The archer in The Book of Enchantment (who was also in Skywars) will be appearing but be mostly in the background. This is who Nitrox adopted for his character.
I’ll probably have a character, but I’m certainly not going to be wearing my blue t-shirt lol. I’m going to have to modify it.
Sounds cool. Just don’t forget that Dwarves dig holes! And like Jaffa cakes…

Arbiter 617There are actually no dwarves, elves, or trolls. We literally invented our own original species. 🙂

What do you mean by Rangers?
Like the Rangers that Areagorn was apart of in lord of the rings. Protectors of the world, that type of thing.
Arbiter 617Yeah I’d say so, generally speaking.
If not there may be some that sorta fill that role as the series progresses.
DavidHi Arby, I’m really interested in songs of war, but I don’t have any money. Are there any ways I could help with the production without money?
Arbiter 617Skin Design and Set Design are two volunteer options.
