I think it’s important to first and foremost acknowledge that halo machinima has always been in a state of change with each generation. The Halo 2 generation had a smaller overall audience but more people partaking in machinima, mostly centered around HaloGrid/HollywoodHalo and around the idea of machinima “clans” and not stand alone teams. With…[Read more]

Yeah, Refn is definitely first and foremost an art film director. Drive attracted a slightly more mainstream audience who were then majorly turned off when they saw Only God Forgives, being an incredibly “artsy” film. The film is basically all metaphors and symbolism. So anyone going in looking for the classical Hollywood style would be very…[Read more]

Awesome!

On a side note, I totally forgot about this, but I made a machinima for a high school project back in the day. It was probably the worst thing I ever made but the class, even people who would normally turn their noses up to it, thought it was hilarious. And all throughout the day people kept coming up to me (people not even in the…[Read more]

Thanks man! You’re like a galaxy of knowledge and wisdom rolled up into a single person. And yeah, I love Drive and saw that video on quadrants. Really intriguing.

Thanks man! And yeah Deakins is great. 😉

Here’s a teaser for an upcoming Deadpool & Black Panther fan film I’ve been working on. The full film should come out in a few weeks.

Would love to get people’s thoughts, feedback, and CC on this.

They’re aiming for December 15 :). Should be pretty dope.

Metal Gear Solid 5 would have my vote. I questioned it throughout the first half, but by the time I got to the end, I was pretty captivated with it.

I would say it’s easily the best Halo in a LONG while. The armor abilities make it feel so much better and more evolved. And they feel way less clunky than what was in Halo 4 or even Halo Reach for that matter.
I was super skeptical and only got the game last second as I was super bored. Definitely haven’t regretted it.

Only complaint is…[Read more]

I did a similar presentation in college and it went past the end of class and a few people even stayed behind to hear the rest of it. I think it definitely can have wide appeal. Unfortunately, a lot of people seem to turn their noses up to it but at the same time, I turn my nose up to those people.

Also, interesting fact, today El Ray (Robert…[Read more]
